Description

Come to this 1-day workshop to learn how to consider your organisation's written communication in a whole new light. Discover where brand and writing style connect through this practical, research-based workshop. 

Who this training is for

This workshop will give you the skills to back up your brand with clear communication. Be prepared to share your documents and your opinions. You’ll spend time analysing your own material and you’ll get useful feedback from others.

Topics

The workshop will cover:

  • what the term ‘brand’ really means
  • how writing style reflects brand
  • the voice of your brand in everyday documents 
  • how to turn on your brand voice
  • how to conduct a comprehensive brand audit.

Please bring along:

  • at least two pieces of branded material, such as brochures, information sheets, and published reports
  • at least two internal ‘everyday’ documents such as letters, reports, emails to people outside of your organisation
  • a printout of your website home page, preferably in colour
